PC Answers

Chris and Michael are the BEST, a friend installed a cpu cooler and gpu for me and after the install my pc wouldn't turn on, so he took it to a different shop that really messed up my pc. I took it to PC Answers and immediately the vibe was so different. They were so kind and beyond knowledgeable. They did a rush job for me to get a new gpu installed, update to windows 11, and fix the cable management that the other shop did. Not only did they do all that they did a full once over on my pc and found the other shop moved my ram to the wrong slots and they moved them to the correct slots, updated my bios, replaced a broken fan, upgraded my C drive so my pc would run better, found a ssd that wasn't installed correctly and removed it, found that my hard drive bracket wasn't in correctly and fixed it, and made sure it was running as fast as possible. When I came to pick it up they had it on and running in the back so I could see what they did and test it to make sure everything worked properly, which I BEYOND appreciated. I was kept in the loop every step of the way, and they made suggestions on what to upgrade next, specific to my job. I do 3d modeling and everything they did took my render time from 15 minutes per frame to 40 seconds!!! I will ALWAYS take my pc here for anything I need done.

I received great service on a computer repair on a laptop that was totally dead. Everyone was friendly and Michael explained my options. I asked about several things I thought I might need and Michael told me I did not need that rather than trying to sell me something, which shows his great integrity. Great value for the cost compared to the big box stores. It is great to support local small businesses like this and I reccommend this establishment to everyone.

I had a great experience with PC Answers despite their busy schedule. When I dropped off my laptop, they quickly identified a swollen battery and explained the need to replace the entire base, which they said was a fire hazard. Michael tried to find an expedited replacement within my budget but couldn’t locate one in time. He ran diagnostics while I waited and helped me narrow down options for a new laptop within my budget for heavy design work. I also appreciated being able to text him for feedback on laptops I found. Overall, they were friendly, helpful, and informative, even while juggling a high volume of repairs. Highly recommend them for their honesty and customer service!

We gave PC Answers a try as a direct result of their great Google rating and were extremely pleased with our experience. We had accumulated a hodgepodge of issues related to our wi-fi (printing issues and connectivity issues - including our Jellyfish lighting), desktop PC performance, and iPad issues. Michael came to our house and straightened everything out to a point where it now all runs perfectly. When it was determined that the hard drive on my desktop PC was failing I decided to purchase a new one. Michael offered specs I should consider in a new device. PC Answers did the data exchange from the old machine to the new one, loaded new software, and ensured we were good to go. The whole experience left us feeling as though "we got a guy" now. Honesty, integrity, quality and service-minded, and thorough. That adds up to value for what you receive, and the outcome was exceptional. PC Answers is legit.
