Michael saved my life! A power blackout fried my external passport storage unit and I could not access. All invoices, family photos, and work done since 2006 were gone. Tried Geek Squad at Best Buy and had no luck. My husband dropped off the passport at Michael's office at 5pm on a Friday. Michael was able to retrieve all data over a very stressful weekend, keeping in touch as to progress, assuring me the we would get my data back. He delivered early Monday morning at a meetup off c470 on our way to the airport. You'll never get personal service like this from any large company. GREAT WORK! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Michael is a wizard. He brought my MacBook back from the edge of death and it’s now working like a brand new computer. He went above and beyond to get this done as I was leaving for a trip the next morning. It still was not working after he replaced my hard drive and RAM and he sent me a text saying let me fight with it a little longer. He got it working by the end of the night. I am a older person and clueless with computer technology. Last week my computer crashed and unfortunately I had not backed up my data for several years. All my tech friends said it is highly unlikely the data could be recovered. MIchael Radec from Computer Systems Services was not only able to recover my data he installed a new SSD into my daughter's older computer and loaded all my data. He then delivered the computer, set it up, connected my printer and made sure all my favorite websites were easily accessed, my email working and that I was satisfied. He could have taken advantage but completed all the work for a very reasonable price. Michael is very professional, personable and trustworthy.
