This guy is the Apple Macintosh, wizard my laptop was acting up and I almost bought a brand new laptop because Apple diagnosed my laptop wrong. It wasn’t until I wanted to get a second opinion that I went to Rick. Thankfully he had a last-minute appointment that I could make in the morning and he got me fixed up Thankfully it wasn’t any hardware related, but he was able to fix my viruses. Refresh my laptop clean it up give it a blowout clean the screen basically gave it to me back new his refresh package is awesome. Thank you so much, Rick. I can’t thank you enough from a person that loves his laptop and needs it to do everything that I have in the last decade and more I’m so thankful for you. I don’t need AppleCare. I need Rick‘s Care.

Rick is a miracle worker! I had a huge water spill completely ruin my MacBook! I called the next morning and he got me in immediately and was able to fix my computer, good as new! I am a new customer and came down over the holidays since my MacBook Pro had a bulging battery and bad keyboard and trackpad as a result. Rick not only serviced my laptop over the holidays but replaced the whole top case quickly and the pricing was VERY reasonable. In fact, I would say that the service was exceptional along with the pricing. I would definitely recommend Rick and his company to anyone who has repair needs on any Apple device that they have. I just wish there was a six star category.
