Kasey at Geek Squad was quick and efficient in diagnosing my laptop issues and got me back out the door in minutes. Highly recommend

Absolutely useless unless you buy some sort of extended warranty with whatever you buy. I purchased a Sonos speaker that stopped working after a year and the store won't take it back or even help out with the purchase of something new. The store manager is completely useless claiming anything after 14 days they can't help out. Hopefully best buy goes out of business cause they are awful.

I've used this branch of Geek Squad several times over the years and they are always very knowledgeable and professional. It is best to make an appointment but if you can't then they try to fit you in. This time it was quiet and I had an appointment but I've been there when it was a zoo and they were overwhelmed.

My favorite thing about THIS Geek Squad, and this Best Buy in general, is how they refuse to actually help, or look at anything that needs repairs. Meanwhile, The Geek Squad on Wadsworth and Alameda are MUCH more convenient. Do yourself a favor and take it there instead. It's only 5 miles away from this god-awful store here

I went in to Geek Squad knowing that my $500+ tablet needed a new charging port. The guy told me that the tablet was "dead in the water". He looked me up in their system and saw that I bought it 2 years ago and basically said I should buy a new one. I asked about trying to replace the charging port, and he seemed so disinterested in helping me. He begrudgingly told me that it would be $35.99 just to ship it out to be repaired, plus the cost of parts and labor, and I'd be looking at a 3 week turnaround time. Not encouraging at all. I declined the offer and found a place up on Wads and Belleview that got it repaired in 3 days for just a bit over the shipping cost Geek Squad was quoting. So, don't waste your time here.
