ViaTek is great! Whenever I have any issue with my computer, I send them a ticket or give them a call. They respond quickly. They are always professional and calm, even if I am not. If I need them to get on my computer remotely to see what is happening, they are willing and able to do so. This usually helps them see what the problem is, and most often they are able to fix it immediately. If not, they usually get back to me within a short period of time. If it is a hardware issue, they have been known to come by and pick up or drop off equipment we might need replaced. It is a good feeling knowing we can count on ViaTek.
