Gregg is amazing! He has fixed both of my kids' phones now and it is always a great experience. He has been prompt to answer my messages, get me booked at a convenient time, and thoroughly explain the process and the cost. There is no need to replace expensive items when a repair is this affordable & easy. Highly recommend!

I have a IPhone 13 Pro Max that was completely shattered & missing spots of glass. I reached out to Gregg on Thursday, he walked me through my different options & pricing. I made a deposit Thursday afternoon, then dropped my phone off Saturday morning & had it back that afternoon! He was super knowledgeable, flexible, and quick. Much better than having to commit to a new phone or going to Apple. Both me & my partner have used Gregg & are super happy with the outcome!! Would highly recommend to anyone experiencing a broken screen or in need of battery replacement.

I took my laptop with a power/batter charging issue to Gregg. He quickly identified several possible issues. He advised that one possible cause would require soldering on the motherboard which he could not do, but the other causes were repairable. He ordered several new battery parts and tested them, but it turned out to be the motherboard issue, so he returned the parts for a credit and only billed me for an hour of his time which is his policy if something cannot be repaired. That's more than fair in my books as I know he spent more time than he billed me for. I recommend his services.
