If I could give them 10 stars I would! Super happy with the fix I received and absolutely blown away with the incredible service here. I had broken a lens to a camera on my iPhone which led to other issues with the internal camera, etc. They made sure everything was working just as well as the day I bought the phone. Logan especially was amazing and I will certainly be back to repair any of my other devices as needed in the future. I also checked several other repair stores and uBreakiFix was by far the best price. They fixed the camera while I waited and I was shocked how quickly and perfectly it was done. 10 out of 10

The team was informative and made the process very easy. My screen cracked on my iPad 9 gen. They swapped it out in less than 24 hours for $150. Great company! I hope i never NEED to go back, but if i do, i feel im in good hands.

Called in to get a price/timeline on getting the screen on my S23 Ultra replaced (it was cracked). I was met by Bobby (the manager) who competently answered my questions/concerns and completed a "same day repair" which was unexpected but appreciated. Seamless experience from start to finish. Highly recommend.

No complaints. This office is exactly what your looking for. A professional company, employing your neighbors kids that can fix anything. Both employees I spoke with were respectful and truly try to advise you in normal jargon and are very honest and forth coming. If you hoping for same day service get there when they open as you want to be first in line; although there wasnt an actual line when I arrived at 10am. ;)
