I found this place off a Google search. I called spoke with the owner regarding my battery issue on my sons computer and he was very knowledgeable. I was quoted approx. $150 to fix and replace battery. When I arrived I spoke with Titus who informed me he was going to try a reset on the battery and see if that might help. I left it with them and didn’t expect to hear anything for a few days, but much to my delight got a call in 3-4 hours. 👍 The reset had worked and Mac was charging like new and that it was only costing me $55. Score! Great customer service and I will for sure be back with any other computer issues we come across. Hopefully not too soon. 😂

If I could give zero stars I would when I first contacted this store he seemed to know what he was doing and said he could do the repair. He said it would be $25 diagnostic which doesn’t make sense since the screen was cracked so I think we know the problem. He couldn’t find the parts and didn’t know how to do the repair on a newer computer. He never once gave me an update and never called I had to call first within the week he had it. I then had to wait four days because the shop was closed. Which he also never let me know when I said I would be there to pick it up that Friday since he couldn’t do it. When I got to the shop after they had been closed those 4 days. I asked if I can get a refund for my $25 since it wasn’t necessary and he said he doesn’t know how to do it with the credit card and he’ll give me cash he then threw the cash on the counter. It was terrible customer service and they had an amateur working the repairs. If he couldn’t do the repair he shouldn’t of wasted my time.

They did a good thorough analysis of the health of my desktop tower, which is old and having speed and other issues, and showed me how it was doing after their repair, and were good at explaining the issues and ways to further remedy. (Mainly I need a new computer, which I fully agree with. They bought me some time before I have to do that). Only semi complaint is that it took quite a bit longer to complete the analysis than first communicated.

This place was great! Took my PC in with a black screen after trying everything to fix it, and they had it fixed by the next day! And significantly cheaper then another place I had taken it to! Not only is my computer fixed, it’s running faster and better now too! Thanks!

Do not waste your time. Left computer with dust and they couldn’t have the courtesy to clean it after they checked it and charged me 45 dollars for telling me there was nothing wrong with it from what “they Can guess” why not to clean it from the beginning? I ended up taking it to another shop which they changed the gpu and now my computer runs with no problems. I did stay to talk about solutions and they were just wanted to sell me a memory ssd
