Grand Junction Tech Repair

Jeremy is absolutely incredible ! I bought a refurbished OLED from GameStop and suspected the rails on the console were faulty after all my joycons continuously disconnected in handheld mode and no at home fixes were working. Had my husband drop my switch off here for repairs and got it back super quickly! I wasn't able to test the console out when I got back from class later that day, as whoever had worked on the console when GameStop had it prior to my purchase must've done a really awful or rushed job and having the console worked on again might have messed up whatever GameStop had done to it (100% on GameStop for not reliably fixing consoles before reselling them) Took it back to Jeremy the next day, and he did his best to try and get it working again free of charge. Unfortunately, the motherboard was toast, and he offered us a refund on what we paid to get the rails replaced initially. He did say it 100% had been opened up by someone else in the past because some screws were missing when he worked on it. GameStop refused to do anything but offer another refurbished console, but this would've been the third exchange in less than a year so I declined. Ended up just letting Jeremy keep the OLED as spare parts since I didn't have a purpose for keeping a bricked console. Highly recommend Grand Junction Tech Repair, but can't recommend GameStop in the slightest xD 10/10 will be back again :] (P.S. the Bob Ross shows in the lobby are incredible and Jeremy's dog is so cute!)

After years of being unable to fix my Gameboy and some games I was pointed here. Jeremy was extremely helpful and easy to talk to he showed me what was wrong with them and even talked me through what I was looking at. After some trial and error, he got almost all of them fixed. one game, a Pokémon leaf green (not in the picture) was unfixable, but he tried several different things to fix it. We thought that the other games may have been busted too but he got them working within a couple days. the Gameboy was the one thing I didn't think fixable, but he figured the problem out and I got them back. I almost cried when I was finally able to play my games so dear from my childhood again. thank you again so much Jeremy! Would recommend, extremely helpful and I plan on going back with other old consoles that I haven't been able to fix.

Jeremy is the man! Had 2 PS5 controllers with severe drift we discussed options and decided on replacing them with hall effect sticks and so far they've been great! More than fair pricing and great service highly recommend!

They took care of my son’s iPhone that I got refurbished. The guy shared with me that it had water damage and a plate was missing. I was not happy about that since I just got it a month ago from back market and I was no longer able to return it. Either way, the gentleman gave us a battery and put on a new plate and the best part was… he didn’t charge my son for anything!! I will definitely recommend this place to everyone I know. Jeremy is awesome! I had a drone with a bad propeller and he fixed it in no time. Saved me from sending it back to DJI and I am ready to film a new video later this week. I will be back when I have any issues with my tech.
