The battery on my laptop quit holding a charge and Dave was able to get me back up and running in less than 30 min (after the battery had been ordered and arrived). If you need something for a laptop, he'll want to see it before ordering parts to make sure the right things are ordered. His prices are more than fair and his communication is excellent. Getting to love on his super sweet husky was a bonus! He'll be my go-to guy for all my computer needs going forward.
