1 Stop Computer Shop

Rob helped me build a custom PC as well as helped with a very out of the ordinary issue with my laptop. My laptop needed the battery reset and re installed and he was able to identify that and fix it very quickly. For the custom PC build I provided specs from programs I would be using and he was able to source parts to meet my needs as well as assemble. We had gotten a couple bad parts throughout the process and he was able to get them replaced. One of the two drives I needed for storage was delayed as well and Rob was kind enough to get the PC working and make a house visit to install the new drive so I could have the machine earlier. Overall it was a great experience and the PC has worked exactly as well as I hoped. Rob really knows his stuff and I couldn't be happier with the purchase or working with 1stop.

This place is awesome. My laptop is a pretty pricey one and the keyboard quit working out of nowhere. I took it into One Stop Computer Shop and Dave ordered the part the day I dropped it off. Upon arrival of the part and him opening my laptop to begin fixing it, he called and told me it was working after it was not responding for over a month! What was supposed to be a $250 fix ended up with me going in and in fact, seeing that it was working. I really appreciate the honesty and transparency of this kind company. Highly recommend!

I couldn’t be more impressed with the work that these guys do. I took my PC tower in with quite a bit of small and random issues I couldn’t seem to figure out, and they solved them all for a low price. Only 30 minutes of labor charged. They fixed my wifi connection, my storage, removed malware, and gave me a solid antivirus solution. They even cleaned the tower inside and out for me, and gave us some great advice on a printer issue. I will never go back to Best Buy to service my computer again, I’ll just come here. I am relieved to have a working computer to further my small business. Thank you!

We have gone there a few times most recently I tried to do a pc case swap and for the life of me couldn't figure out why it would not turn on after plugging everything back in. I called and they told me to bring it by whenever they fixed it within the day and helped me understand where I went wrong and recommended parts to make the pc last longer.
