I recently ordered a poster from Staples and was told it would be ready by Friday. However, on Friday, I got a call saying their printer was broken but that it would be fixed by Monday. When Monday arrived, I called for an update but got no answer, so I decided to go to the store in person. When I got there, the staff member informed me that the poster still wasn’t ready and that she didn’t know what was going on, except that the printer was still broken. She suggested I go to another Staples location, specifically the one in Centennial, since their printer was working. My main issue is the lack of proactive communication and customer care. If they knew the printer was still down, a courtesy call or update suggesting an alternate solution, like transferring the order to another location, would have saved me time and hassle. I was left scrambling to find another option, with no clear guidance or assistance from the staff. This was disappointing, especially since I gave extra time for the order in case there were any delays. Staples should prioritize better customer service and communication, especially when customers rely on their services for timely projects. Unfortunately, this was a frustrating experience, and I likely won’t be returning for printing services

Definitely listen to the people saying to avoid print services here. Ordered $70 in business cards from them, and they all came out completely shredded and tearing around the edges. Their machine clearly hasn’t been calibrated correctly or sharpened in who knows how long. They refused any sort of refund, and said that they could only ship it out to another facility which would take over a week to get back. Absolutely insane. If they can’t print correctly, don’t offer the service and turn off online orders.

Idemia appointment was cancelled as systems have been down for weeks. Staff was friendly and helpful. However, there was no email or other effort to let me know not to drive in rush hour snow storm to be turned away. I did get appointment reminders just 4 days ago.

Never use their printing services; especially if necessary for an important project. I had printing job where there were substantial mis-prints and pages missing. The actual printouts of the errors that were occurring on the machine were included in my copies. The manager said they would refund the job and they never did.

I was sent to this location for TSA PRE check. Application complete just needed to go to the nearest staples location. Arrived , Karla informed me there tablet from TSA was broken, she gave me other locations to visit…..I get it things happens beyond their control but she acted like I was a bother, a little bit of grace goes along way.
