My PC decided to go on a lockout shutdown and no matter how many buttons I pushed, I could not get it fired up. I called Kody for help and he walked me through the issues and remotely fixed the problems over the phone. He was very knowledgeable and patient with a complete novice like myself. Kody has been so helpful and accommodating. I needed to transfer all my emails from one address to another and use the new email for all things. I wanted all my emails in the same spot.
