I was beyond frustrated with my phones' (plural!) issues. Stopped by on Friday, November 29th for diagnostics and was informed that both phones were not viable... I had purchased a replacement and was attempting to switch to that one when the original (phone #1) screen froze! Tuesday Dec 2, I contacted the shop and decided it was worth the drive to get help! Luke in Fort Collins was wonderful. Knowledgeable, calm and professional, he deduced what needed to be done and addressed how to transfer my data. In the meantime, several other customers arrived... he was courteous with each of them and helped them quickly. On both of my visits, his demeanor was pleasant and understanding. What a difference that made in the midst of my frustration! I highly recommend this shop. I had spoken to a different associate when I called and he was also very helpful and reassuring. Two stars because I finally got my phone back and it works. Location had my phone (galaxy s20 fe) for 2 weeks. Had to order the new screen in twice because its an "older model (they) dont keep in stock" and the first screen was damaged in freight. No biggie, except they had zero communication on their end. No email, no calls or texts to the secondary phone number i gave them for contact, nothing. Finally get an email that my device is ready for pick up and I get home, sit down to put my case back on, and the back panel falls off like they didnt even try to glue it properly. Paid full price with no complaint either...wont be going back. No employee there seems to be interested in their job. Recommend anyone who reads this think twice unless its covered by warranty.

Both my wife's and my laptops needed new batteries, but we live 50 miles outside of town. I contacted uBreakiFix and they ordered the correct part, then made an appointment with us to come in, drop off our computers and have it done while we waited. We went to lunch and as we were leaving, we got the call the laptops were ready to pick up! A great experience and we were glad they were able to accommodate our special needs. Thanks, Guys!

My experience at this store was beyond anything I could have expected. I was helped by Isaac who was able to restore irreplaceable photos that I thought were lost forever. I am so grateful to Isaac for helping me. He never made me feel incompetent. Isaac was wonderful! I highly recommend this store. And Isaac is a benefit to your company. He made me so happy by what he did for me! I can't thank him enough!
