After reading some of his reviews, I called Eddie for the first time recently to ask advice on a new laptop purchase to replace one that was 14 years old! He called back very soon after and quickly determined my needs and what I mostly use it for. Within an amazingly short time, he emailed with some links to his recommendations that were within my price range. I'd been looking online and in stores and, as a senior who is not in the habit of doing this, was spending a lot of time and getting more confused. Eddie helped me nail it! When the order arrived, he transferred everything from my old laptop to the new one in less than a day. Not only was all of this extremely helpful, but what I appreciated most was that he was so patient to answer my questions and explain things clearly. He gave great advice and saved me a lot of money in that I did not have to purchase some things the larger retail shops kept telling me I needed--which I did not need! His fee to transfer my programs and documents was surprisingly low, especially given the time he graciously took to answer all my questions. He's temporarily taking some time off, but I hope to work with him again when the need arises, and will absolutely refer him to friends looking for help with desktop and laptop computer purchases or repairs! I highly recommend The Computer Guy. My laptop stopped charging, then died. I called Eddie, who was out and about on a Saturday but nevertheless spent 5 minutes walking me through potential fixes. None worked, so I brought it over to him. In no time he noticed what I had missed: a second charging port. Simple fix, but then he went above and beyond by changing settings to improve my computer’s performance, and offering detailed advice on antivirus software and updates—all free of charge. Eddie is not only thorough and reliable, but generous with his time and knowledge. I’ll definitely be back for the next emergency, imagined or otherwise. Thanks Computer Guy!

The Computer Guy "Eddie" helped recommend a new computer (which is awesome BTW !!), installed anti-virus, and Word and transferred data from old computer for a very reasonable fee and it was done in less than 24 hrs. Actually, I dropped it off on a Wednesday night and it was done and ready to be picked up the next morning !! Seriously, fast, quality customer service, trustworthy local business owner in Fort Collins. Thank you, Eddie !!

Couldn't ask for better service. Eddie was quick, knowledgeable, fast to respond, helpful, and made sure to explain everything that he was doing. On top of that, a great guy and good company. Got my computer back in under a day and a half. Highly recommend.
