This is your typical Staples, and that is a good thing and that you expect Staples to have, they have it. The store was very well maintained and clean. All the products were easy to see in the store was very well lit. They also had some good clearance items and sales as well.

Not Customer Service Oriented I purchased an office chair at 3:30 PM, and the staff brought the chair from the back for me. Upon getting home and starting the assembly, I discovered a manufacturer defect—no problem, it happens. I called the store, confirmed they had another in stock, and was told I could come in for an exchange. I returned with the defective part and my receipt, just under an hour after purchasing the chair. To my surprise, the same staff who assisted me earlier refused to exchange just the defective part, insisting I bring the entire chair back. This was despite the fact that they had the exact same product in the back and had brought it out for me earlier. One employee even mentioned, “It was his job on the line.” When I tried to reason with them, I was told I’d have to come back tomorrow. Now I have to haul a partially assembled chair back during my lunch hour just to swap out a single defective part. I don’t live in the same town, and this is far from convenient. As someone who has worked in retail and service for decades, I find this completely unacceptable. There is absolutely no reason why the exchange couldn’t have been handled on the spot. This was an unnecessary inconvenience and reflects poorly on the store’s approach to customer service.

Every time I've been here, associates have been very helpful, particularly when navigating online/in-store/app promotion overlaps. It's always a pleasant surprise when staff treat their customers so well!

We go to our local Staples for all office needs, shipping and returning packages to Amazon. It is so convenient and there is always someone available to help if needed.

There is a reason that companies like Staples are driven into bankruptcy. It is because they provide horrible customer service. I ordered a printer from the company and they cancelled the order because they could not "verify my information", and when I called and waited on hold for 20 minutes they could not even tell me what information they could not verify. I would have to wait until the next day to figure that out. They also did not inform me that they cancelled the order, even with a simple email. They just cancelled it and left me to find out when the printer did not show up. And I needed the printer on that date. I will celebrate when bad companies like Staples are driven out of business by companies that provide good customer service, like Amazon, Walmart, etc.
