James was incredible. I was not satisfied with the performance of my PC so I took it to him. He pointed out a bunch of stuff that had been left unchecked by a previous shop I took it to, including the fact that my GPU was pretty much dead and a 1 TB hard drive that had likely been sitting unused in my PC since I got it in 2021. He is thorough and communicative, testing my PC as soon as we made all of the upgrades, talked me through everything he was doing, and answered all of my questions. 5/5 service, James is awesome and he helped me immensely.

James saved my computer from an advanced virus where the hacker had remote control of my computer. He got me in immediately and had the problem solved in a reasonably short amount of time. I am very satisfied with his service.

I went to James because he said, "Give me a shot and you will not be disappointed!" I was EXTREMLEY disappointed. Asked him to clean out my laptop keyboard after a spill and to check why it was overheating. Not only did he not clean out the keyboard at all, he fused my trackpad so it no longer worked, fried my audio wires, and then proceeded to stop all contact when I reached out to him to correct the issues. He wasn't up front about the fried audio wires but instead sent me a suggested docking station with a convenient audio speaker function. James followed up with me on how my computer was working and when I said it was not working correctly at all, he stopped communicating and refused to give me my money back, even partially. Took it to another vendor who actually fixed the keypad, fixed the track pad, corrected the audio issue, and only charged me a fraction more than what James did.

James lives up to his business’ name. He is a miracle worker. I was visiting Fort Collins, and my iPad screen froze. I had no idea how to exit, and I couldn’t even power it down. I called James, who made time in his schedule to look at it right away. He had it fixed in a matter of minutes, and at a very reasonable cost. He is excellent at what he does. Highly recommend.
