I contacted Ryan, and he got back to me same day. I was able to discuss my PC problems, and he took in my computer the same day. He was communicative throughout the process, with text updates as to the diagnosis of my PC. I was experiencing heating issues where my CPU would over ramp the temps and shut down, he diagnosed it was an issue with my AIO water cooler, either the heatsink or another component within the AIO. To which through our communication he was at Best Buy the same evening to have the replacement component for my PC, and had my PC available and completely fixed less than twelve hours later. The professionalism and communication displayed through the whole process would have my return business if there ever was another issue with my PC. I would highly recommend Ryan and his services to anyone who needs repairs on their personal devices. 10/10 experience and turn around, and my computer is better than when i had purchased it because of sending it his way.

Ryan was so very accommodating when my cat knocked a glass of water into/onto my computer. He allowed me to drop it off on a Sunday and got it fixed very quickly despite the motherboard needing to be ordered and replaced. Ryan kept me updated on the progress throughout. So thankful to have my laptop up and running as good as new. Price was very reasonable.
