CPR Cell Phone Repair Fort Collins

They did so great and have done so great every time I’ve gone in! They are super nice and reliant. This is the only phone repair place that I will go to in Fort Collins. they fixed one of my friends phone, and multiple times. I’ve come in with a very small problem like I had my phone charger break inside of my phone and they got it out for free within two minutes. And I had my screen protector stuck on my phone and I couldn’t get it off after I previously cracked. I was trying to get it off and they got it off for free also within two minutes. I recommend!

I have been to CPR twice so far and both times they gave me excellent service. The first time they replaced a cracked screen on my iPhone and the second time my phone’s touch feature was not working. During my second visit, the manager, Craig took care of the issue, right as I stood at the front desk for about five minutes. Could not say enough about the professionalism and knowledge that they have.

I had a terrible experience at this store. I went in to replace my perfectly working iPhone battery, but they didn’t replace it and they cracked the screen during the process and still charged me. When they returned the phone, it wasn’t even properly assembled. This level of carelessness and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I strongly advise avoiding this place at all costs.
