Impeccable customer service. Somewhere between the phone calls and in-store transactions there was a miscommunication on the assembly of my new gaming desktop. The day I was supposed to pay them and take it home it was discovered that a component was missing. One that I thought I made clear I wanted. They owned up to it. as long as I was willing to wait a few hours longer, the component itself AND installation was on the house. It was very generous of them. And I can tell you very confidently that I’m VERY happy with my new gaming desktop!

I had a very pleasant experience with Josh, I recently had a power surge at my house and knocked out my computer. I took it into computer doctors the same as week as Christmas and josh and the boys were able to diagnose some of the components and tell me which ones were still working properly. I dropped it off at 4pm on Friday and got a call on 2 pm on Tuesday to pick it up. Josh and his team are very professional very straight forward and honest on their abilities. The rate was more than fair for the work. I was thoroughly impressed by the turn around time. Josh needs a raise.

When the hinges began to go on my personal computer and Best Buy once again could offer only an expensive repair that would take four weeks, I turned to Computer Doctors. I was lucky to talk first on the phone to Chris Smith, who has now shared his advanced skills and expertise over many hours (and even after hours). I've ended up buying a business grade Dell laptop that cost only a little more than the hinges repair would've cost on my aging Lenovo. It came with a one-year warranty, but more importantly it came with a local business whose people will actually talk to you one-and-one and can be trusted with advice and repairs. I can't adequately capture the relief I feel to know that I can turn to Computer Doctors in general, and Chris in particular, whenever any problem arises. They really are doctors in the sense that you can turn to them as to a personal doctor instead of waiting in line at an impersonal emergency room. Thank you, Dr. Smith!
