Our company Golden Wealth Solutions, Inc. has worked with Contact PC for our managed IT services for over 3 years now. They handle our security and remote monitoring. They have been essential for us when COVID moved everyone remote. Highly recommend their team, having also worked personally with Chip, Troy, and Richard. Great service and we feel confident in them handling our IT requirements.

I have been taking my computers to ContactPC for 13 years for tune-ups and upgrades, and bought a custom built desktop from them in July 2014. I have always been satisfied with their services and products. The owner and employees are very knowledgeable in their field and very courteous. The prices for their service and repair are quite reasonable, too. I have occasionally emailed their support team with questions and have always received timely responses, and free of charge. This week, I installed Windows 10 on the custom built desktop and notified the support team of the installation. They offered to remote in free of charge to make a couple of tweaks. Also, there is not any high-pressure sales tactics which is important to me. I highly recommend ContactPC for your computer related issues. You will not regret it.

I bought my very first Mac laptop because my PC needed repair. I used another computer guy to get everything transferred and my Mac still wasn't working properly. Contact PC came to the rescue. Troy was freakin' fabulous - patient, professional, had a 'can-do' attitude and resolved all my issues to include cleaning up my PC so I could ship it to get repaired. All in less than an hour!!! Love these guys - never leaving!

Chip and his team at ContactPC do an amazing job. They are my IT specialists. My Mac had some major software issues that needed repaired. After correcting those issues and upgrading some hardware, my computer works better and faster than the day I bought it. I highly recommend ContactPC for all your computer needs.

We are a small dental practice that starting using Contact PC after having several problems/concerns over the computer servicing company we were using. We have been very happy with the quality of care and how well our system now runs after using Contact PC. They pretty much had to overhaul our entire system.
