These guys are great! I went in for a new battery for my iPhone, but because of their thoroughness we discovered my earpiece was only at about half functionality. They cleaned some things up, instead of just charging me for parts like some other businesses would do, and showed me how to keep up with some maintenance for the future. Top notch care and attention!

Amazing service. Amazing staff. Wow! As a non-digital native, Demie was a lifesaver. He is knowledgeable, courteous, kind and helpful. He was able to fix my apple account issue after weeks of trying to resolve it with Apple Support phone calls. Definitely 5 ***** review! .

Tech-Nichol is great to work with! Very energetic and skilled. I had both a desktop computer and a tablet that were having issues and Nash was able to fix the desktop issue. The Surface issue was not fixable (a problem with the Microsoft Surface hardware) but they were able to save all the files for me. I highly recommend them!

My phone screen was cracked and started getting black spots due to some moisture seeping in. I took it to the shop and they fixed it in less than an hour. Pricing was super reasonable and they threw in a screen protector! I would definitely return here with any other device-related issues

Brought in an older Macbook Pro that recently quit working, and just wanted them to pull the data off for me. Relatively simple job, they told me. After a couple weeks waiting, no phone calls, and stopping in a couple times in-person to see if the job was done - they finally informed me that the task was not possible, due to that model of Macbooks having some impassable levels of encryption. They apologized, saying that they should've realized this was not a job they could complete in the first place - buuuuut then still refused to offer any kind of refund. I guess I understand - and they did make the no-refund policy clear up front. But in the end, it just felt funky. The initial assessment seemed rushed, the dude's customer service skills were poor, and overall felt like he was dismissive of my honest concerns and spent most of the time trying to use overly technical language to impress - rather than just slowing down and taking the time to actually determine whether this was a job he could complete in the first place. I mean, I don't know shit obviously - but if the encryption on that generation of Macbooks is as notoriously unlockable as he made it sound, shouldn't he have known better than to accept it and charge me for a data pull? Anyways, I'm probably splitting hairs, and I'm sure it's a great place, normally - just left feeling annoyed to have waited that long and not received the service I still had to pay for.
