I love this place. They saved my phone! I dropped my phone and the screen got cracked and all black. I couldn't do anything on it. I brought it in, and they fixed it within 24 hours. I'm so grateful for these guys! Plus, they have used phones for the low through different carriers. This is my go-to place for all my wireless needs.

Bad customer service. I called them to see if they had an essential part available for my headphones. They said they had it and told me I can pick it up that same day. As soon as I ended the call I went over to retrieve it, but when I arrived they told me that they sold it to someone who walked in a couple minutes before I did. Apparently it's first come, first serve. The fact that they did that knowing that another customer needed it is extremely low. Like why bother telling me if you aren't gonna hold it.

Came in with a cracked iPhone screen with the tough in the screen had completely gone out. Jessie did amazing work getting my screen find and the accuracy of the touch is perfect. Izzy gave me amazing customer service and was very personable! Amazing atmosphere will definitely be back!
