I needed my first laptop repaired sometime in 2010 and believe it or not I found Computers House in the Yellow Pages. I then took my laptop to Andy and it had a virus and Andy repaired it. I have since taken my computers to Andy anytime I have an issue. In 2022 Andy transferred everything from my old HP laptop to my newer Dell laptop and at the same time he help me set up my new purchase of Microsoft 365. Microsoft 365 was fairly new at the time and Andy was a little puzzled but he figured it out and got me all hooked up. Over the 14 years that I have known Andy he is almost just like family now. I didn't need any computer repair then for about 2 years but recently went back to Andy because my computer was compromised and a virus was downloaded and a third party (crook) and my computer was taken over. I shut down my computer immediately and took it to Andy. Within a week Andy had my computer fixed and the very day I took it home I had an issue and Andy said bring it back, he went through it again didn't find anything else wrong and it's been working good ever since. I have been going to Computers House (Andy) for about 14 years now and would and have recommended him to others. He is the BEST.

I recently dropped off a laptop with a mysterious charging issue, and nothing I tried worked (including replacing the battery). I was prepared for it to be completely dead, requiring a new replacement computer. Fortunately Andy was able to fix it, and for a very reasonable price! He also fixed an external hard drive that I was using for storage, for an absolute fraction of the cost I was quoted elsewhere! I was so impressed that I brought in another computer that we had given up for dead after the screen cracked. These guys are the best in town, and their reviews certainly are indicative of how good they are!

Andy is the man! Not only did he diagnose and repair my 14 month old gaming PC, he did it in just over a week whereas everywhere else I inquired with stated 3-4 weeks minimum. His prices are fair and he's a wonderful person to boot. 11/10 would use again!
