I asked him a ton of questions during the troubleshooting process, he answered every single one with patience and expertise. I learned a tremendous amount about my PC that day. Had an amazing experience with Art, diagnosed my PC the same day I had a problem, and fixed it the following day (due to having to order parts). Art constantly updated me with any information concerning my PC, was heavily discounted compared to competitors, and went above and spent numerous hours researching what parts would optimize my build the best. 100% would recommend giving him a call. Very good experience with Outreach PC Tech. They fixed my HP laptop screen and sped up two computers. At first the technician came out and diagnosed the problem, and confirmed that the computer is repairable. We ordered the part online, and he quoted me $80 for the labor. He brought the computer back with a working screen a few days later. The technician noticed that my laptops are getting older and are somewhat sluggish, and offered to speed them up at a discounted rate. It wasn't expensive and he did it right at home so I went for it, and I feel like that made them quite a bit faster, Chrome no longer crashes like it did before. Unfortunately, a week later the monitor started going dim. Art, the technician came out shortly after, and at no charge fixed a loose cable in the computer. He also helped me with a few office program questions I had, and now my spreadsheets are printing correctly. Overall, I was really happy with how everything was quoted before hand and the total was fair and exactly as expected. Art was very patient with me and helped me with several computer questions, so I am writing this review to hopefully help him get more business. Good prices, and very good work, highly recommended.

I like it so much its just a excellent experience and a lot of hard work I give my coustom bulid Thursday and I got my bulid on Friday I know they have a lot of orders building coustom pc he was a live saver I want my pc to be done so bad I got it in one day I am happy so much My bulid turn so beautiful

My hard drive began to run slow and based on the reviews I saw for Outreach PC tech, I gave Art a call. Art was able to take my computer the next day and run initial diagnostics on the hard drive to determine it was going bad. Art tried multiple times to re image the old hard drive onto the new solid state drive he installed, but could not get my old hard drive to cooperate. Instead, he was able to transfer data files over which was what I needed most anyway. Art transferred program files as well which helped me get back the programs I needed on my new hard drive. With the a cleaned up computer, new hard drive and operating system, my computer is running faster than it had out of the box, and for over $1,000 less than I would have paid for a comparable new computer. Art did a great job of explaining what was going on with my PC and gave me options for fixing the problem. I would use Outreach PC again without hesitation.
