Geek Squad

I am pretty good at computer stuff, but I'm no whiz. When it comes to not being able to figure out what the heck is wrong, I won't go anywhere but Geek Squad. They're super fast; they gave me a 2-day window initially and then had my computer done in 5 hours. Explained, everything they did, and anything they found; and she's up and running now. Thanks geek squad.

Had a new stereo and backup camera installed for an older car here. Abe was great, answered all of my questions and did a quality install for us. I had gotten quotes from a couple of other installers and Best Buy was the cheapest (way way less than car toys).

Had bought a galaxy 4 watch just under 2yrs old and the battery quit holding a charge . I found out it was still under warranty so they exchanged it for a galaxy 5 watch the 4 were completely out .they helped me set it up real quickly and took several minutes to figure out this new watch band completely satisfied with the new watch and customer service at the geek squad and best buy in general also got the extended warranty on this watch also .🙂

I don’t know why they have such bad reviews. We had an excellent experience. Brought my laptop in on Friday. I was already stressed out because we went to Office Max first and they were a bumbling nightmare. Austin checked us in at Geek Squad and he was so patient and calming. He listened to what happened, explained the next steps and insured me they would do everything they could to recover one very important file I needed if they had to reinstall a new operating system. He said it would be done Wednesday. Seriously one of the most patient people I have ever met. My laptop was done on Tuesday, one day early. They did in fact have to reinstall a new OS because mine was corrupt. Not only did they save the file I needed, they backed up my entire computer and were able to save EVERYTHING. The gentleman working when we picked it up was equally as friendly and kind. I am so beyond thankful for everything they did and can’t say thank you enough.

Cody was super helpful! He installed my dash cam very quickly, professionally, left no wires hanging. He was polite and very accommodating. Will definitely recommend to anyone!
