What an absolutely awesome staff, specifically Erika. I've been here for 2 years and can't wait to sign up for another year. Any issues, the maintenance team responds so quickly you forgot what your issue actually was. They are incredible as well. If you want it to feel like home, come here. I’d say the first few month last year were good. But after inconsiderate neighbors that have moved in above us I’ve had to go to the office multiple times, neighbor blasting stereo system at 7AM, leaving their dog out on the balcony and washing the feces off and pouring down onto my patio, neighbors are now dribbling a basket ball all hours of the day. My upstairs neighbors are so loud and always slamming the floor so hard my light fixture popped out of the ceiling like that’s not enough evidence. Office told us to call security. Called security multiple times to come observe the excessive noise, security refuses to come out to report it to the front office. So security is a joke I don’t know why they even have this current company if they can’t even come observe and report it. Also neighbors are leaving bicycles and trash in the hallways. Nobody picks up dog poop in the grass. The dog park is a giant litter box I refuse to take my dog in there because it’s so nasty. Nobody is ever checking the maintenance on grills or cleaning them (I’ve had to spend a good 10 minutes cleaning them before I can grill each time) People will invite huge groups of 10-20 people to the pool on weekends and create a mess when we are only allowed two guest. Definitely need a new security company on the weekends to actually do something. The gym is small and needs new equipment asap. I had to complain so much (10-15 times) and the Office still won’t do anything with the top neighbors. If you move here don’t get the bottom floor or hope you have good neighbors. Definitely would like to stay at my current apartment but the neighbors are so bad everyday, they also continue to smoke so much weed it makes the halls smell very strong of it. I honestly would have given a better review if it weren’t for trashy inconsiderate neighbors that continue to be a burden with no repercussions. I

I live at Cortland Green ranch apartments for 3 years! Very nice apartment homes and great location! Management staff our very helpful and cooperative with tenants! Definitely recommend this property if you’re look for a nice affordable place to live? Outstanding! B Bunch

Cortland at Green Valley is an amazing place to live! The staff is friendly and attentive, the amenities are top-notch, and the apartments are spacious and modern. Maintenance is quick, and property is always clean. The location is perfect, it’s close to everything yet quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend.

After a cross country move my family and I stayed here for a few months while our house was being built. With only a few days notice, we were able to get a 3 month lease at a very reasonable price. This is the first apartment complex I have ever lived in where I felt like the management (Jason) honestly cared about us. He knew our entire family by name and treated us well every time we came into the office or saw him walking around the complex. Brayan always did a great job at the front desk too. Maintenance was great as well, we never waited until longer than the next day when we had an issue and Marc, Miguel and Francisco were always happy to help when they had to fix something. They also maintained the grounds very well and everything outside always looked nice. The apartment complex also had fun events that the whole family was able to enjoy. Another thing I was impressed with was the building quality. I was a bit nervous going back to an apartment due to noise concerns while I was trying to sleep but we rarely heard anything at all from the neighbors. Even when the family below us was having a party you could still barely hear it. If you are looking for a good apartment complex with great people running it and maintaining it, I definitely recommend Cortland at Green Valley.
