Excellent reliable service!!! My son’s phone stopped charging and we took it to the apple store thunking it was a software problem, apple’s “technician” told us we needed a new phone because the charging jack was broken. We went to Cell Doc, explained the problem and the rep cleaned a the charging port, turns out there was a tremendous amount of lint inside the charging port, the rep took the time to clean it real good and took all the lint out and the phone started charging again. He did it want to charge us a penny even tho we insisted on paying him for his time and service. Recommend their services 100%!!! 🙂
