Tammy was amazing, she helped me after I had called 7 other providers to help fix my Mac laptop. She didn’t insist on holding it hostage while the part was ordered and had it fixed in one day! She came in on Sunday so I could even pick it up on the weekend to have first thing for work. Amazing service!

Tammy was incredible! I had a 30-year-old SCSI hard disk that had stopped working. Tammy was able to get it back up long enough to copy all of my childhood data onto a flash memory card. She was patient, persistent and pleasant to work with ... all by email and mail. Now I want to visit the store when I am in Denver!
