Apple Cherry Creek

One of the coolest Apple stores I’ve been to so far for sure. There’s a ton of space and the whole thing is super well laid out as is usually for Apple. Staff members were friendly and helpful too. All the new products were available to test out and they had everything you could possibly need. Overall I had a great experience and would definitely recommend stopping in.

I had a great experience today at this apple store with Zack, he was awesome at taking care of the customer service. I brought my watch ultra that had the unbreakable cover on it, I met Zack and not only he took it off but also took care of it like it was his own watch by not to damage the device and clean it up!! Awesome guys and I was impressed by his professionalism.

Very beautiful store, very racist staff sadly. I as a woman of color would rather travel to another state to pick up my very expensive Apple products. My first and last time at this location. Will be emailing corporate I spent a little over 8k and the young Caucasian gentlemen even rolled his eyes when asked to help me because the other staffs member was scanner was down. He was unhappy to take care of me.

Ulises and Adrian are the best sales man from Macy's fragrance section. Thanks to them we bought an amazing Burberry cologne. Recommended 100%.

Daniele was SO patient and great to work with. I dropped my iPhone in water over the weekend and needed a new one. He was super kind, understanding, and accommodating while I was panicking over not having a working phone. Additionally, everyone with whom I interacted at the store was friendly and helpful. The store itself has a great layout and beautiful views of Cherry Creek North.
