Homeward Pikes Peak switched to TSI Colorado. As the Director of Finance I wanted a company with a flat fee structure and also a managed service provider. Jason and he team keep us running. They prepare for the worst so we don't have to. Our fiber line went down (something that's never supposed to happen). Jason had us up and running on a hot-spot within a few hours and saved our day while we continue to sit and wait for the big IP company to do something. That's just one example of many.
