If you want a quality lamination job, do not go here. I dropped off 31 pages to be laminated, even double counted them at drop off. I come to pick them up, get in my car, count 30, and discover I am not only missing a page, but on 2 pages, hair was laminated into my documents. I go in and let them know that I think I’m missing a page. They haphazardly glance in 3 locations and oh well, can’t find it. Very “well what do you want me to do about it?” kind of vibe. They don’t offer any refund, I have to say well, I kind of need that page, but I definitely paid for $31 pages and I’m getting 30 so can I at least get a refund for that? Then I point out the 2 hairs that were laminated directly in the line of sight of images I got laminated and the response I got was “oops”. I got the one page refund and had to say, “well please let me know if you find my missing page I guess”. No apologies, no offers to make it right, not the quality you expect for a $50 job.

Couldn't go shopping because of store opening late due to the manager running late. You lost a sale and a customer because the employee Couldn't be trusted to open the store obviously. My time is valuable to.

They have very knowledgeable staff. Once I walked in I was greeted and asked what I needed and they knew exactly where everything was. I have to say Brittany provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. The store is very open , bright , organized , and well cleaned. Going down the isles browsing there was near nothing out of stock.

I got some stuff printed here for free which was nice. it was only about 5 or 6 sheets of paper total, but I still appreciated the kind gesture of the guy working here when I came in. I also got a good deal on a pretty big trash can! this is a cool place to get a lot of stuff that other stores like Walmart, Target, Safeway, etc. MAY also have... but those places don't specialize specifically in selling only household & office products like Staples does. they also don't have as many choices as Staples does! well, I really hope the company doesn't go out of business because I like coming here!
