Ive always been very skeptical about leaving my pc in someone else’s hands but im no builder im just a gamer so i had no choice. I had bought a new case and fans for my pc and wanted my components swapped. Alex here was absolutely phenomenal. Very knowledgeable and got my computer done super fast, same day actually. Would definitely recommend this place for all your repair needs.

Alex is great! I was visiting from out of town and he came recommended by a friend here. I called and he got me right in. Ran diagnostics quickly and got me back up and running. Very fair and efficient!

Alex is awesome! Knowledgeable, fair, and consistent. He fixed out Nintendo Switch and Xbox in time to gift them back to our kids for Christmas. Additionally, he tried to help us with another switch unit and couldn’t repair, so he didn’t even charge us for the diagnostic. Him and his puppy are an awesome team.

A different PC repair shop in the area referred me to SpringsGeek. It says a lot that another company would turn away business to recommend a shop that could serve my needs better. Alex was friendly and knowledgeable, diagnosed my issue quickly, and the turn-around time for repair was shockingly short. Not to mention the prices were very fair. I hope I don't need more tech repair in the near future, but I will be coming back if the opportunity presents itself.

Alex is an absolute angel & I'm so glad I went to him! He used his brain (unlike ubreakit or whatever their name is) and figured out it was my charge cord! The other place had NO idea and just said oh it's your battery (even though it's a brand new battery) Alex actually LISTENED to me & said we'd start with the easiest fix and if that's not it then we'll go from there. Plus he fixed my husband's board for his 3D printer! We definitely won't be going anywhere else but here when we need something electronic fixed! Alex is a sweetheart (and so is Cleo!) and I appreciate him listening to me & not thinking I'm stupid just because I'm a woman!
