Excellent service, great communication and unbeatable prices! Highly recommend this shop. Definitely happy to support this local business. I purchased a refurbished laptop online a few years ago and boy was it a huge mistake (I have had pretty good luck in the past with refurbished electronics so thought I was getting a dang good deal). Well, it was pretty much a sitting duck since it was purchased until I finally decided to get it repaired. Definitely not disappointed. Jake was the one that repaired the laptop; he was super communicative and kept me informed throughout the entire process. The laptop is working beautifully and ready for all of my podcast's needs! My laptop started glitching when i was using my audio production software. Jake at Brass tacks took a look and said it was the hard drive starting to go out. Had them replace it with a new solid state drive and it is lightning fast and has no issues! Great work i highly recommend you bring your computer in if you have any issues. Great prices and Great service!

Jake is amazing and so kind! I had purchased a gaming pc off a friend but it had no drivers reinstalled, so it wouldn't identify the network adapter. Jake was more than willing to explain everything he was going to try, and very respectful of my existing knowledge of computers. Despite having the machine for a day, I was only charged the price of an hour's labor, $100. I'll definitely be going back for all my future tech repair needs!

Jake Smith and staff of PC Repair - Brass Tacks, Inc Simply BRILLIANT...Jake installed windows 10 and all that needed to be transferred from the VISTA operating system on my laptop...he was SPOT ON. Jake was insightful, helpful and had a plan then completed the proposed work. I would like to THANK YOU Jake for getting my laptop into the 21st century. They fixed my laptop after I spilled ginger ale on it by installing a new keyboard. Despite the fact that it was a challenging fix because they had to take apart the whole laptop and put it back together, they did it flawlessly and timely. It was a very affordable price as well as great customer service. Highly recommend.
