I should have read the reviews before going in to the Geek Squad. I went in twice back to back days June 20th and 21st. On the 20th there was a tall gentleman who was rude as soon as I spoke to him , I have never been to the Geek Squad so I was trying to get my verbiage down and explain what I needed done on laptop , he just cut me off and did not answer me, he just tried to up sell me on a a product plan. REALLY????? We went in again the next day the 21st the same gentlemen was there plus a gentleman working the counter . Once again could not answer anything just said make a appointment . No Thank you Geek Squad. HORRIBL GUEST SERVICE . Please do better, get someone who wants to be there not this two men

Most of these guys just don't care. I took my computer in a week ago and had great service from the store manager Jasmine. Then a few days later I had a great service from one of their techs over the phone. When I took the wireless card I ordered in, the guy wouldn't give me an ETA when the laptop would be done and when I pushed back on him about his lack of customer service he waived me off and said "we're done here." I paid $180 for their protection program. If anything comes up in the next year I will eat that cost and go to another computer repair store. I hear Office Depot and Staples offer technical support, they may be a better option.

The worst customer service I’ve experienced in my life… I had a device pick up RESERVATION and ended up waiting 15 minutes to be seen by a rep. Once being seen, the rep asked if I had a reservation. I replied with, “yes.” He then proceeded to help the couple waiting in line behind me. After waiting another 10 or so minutes, I waved down another rep and complained about not being properly helped for the last 30 minutes and the geek squad rep? Manager? came out to argue with me… was all this necessary for a device pick up when we had a reservation? That they scheduled for us? Crazy… never coming here again

My daughter took her laptop in and the employee was rude, dismissive and did not answer any of her questions. Will definitely not be back. Also she asked him to show her some laptops that were comparable to her current one and he didn’t so Best Buy lost a potential purchase

I scheduled 2 repairs for 2 different appliances last week. Both were for today. One was with geek squad and he texted me the day of the appointment and said he couldn't make it and to reschedule for NEXT WEEK?!? The other was with a third party and they just randomly changed the appointment date from 6/20 to 6/23 without even asking me if that would work for me. (D3 appliances in Colorado springs). Their service sucks.
