I had a laptop, still covered by insurance, that the third party insurance company failed twice to actually repair, due to some confusion between its front and back office. They agreed to pay for the repairs if I could get it done locally and send them the receipt. So I found DML and I was impressed by their website and work ethic. David ordered the parts the same day we took it in and kept in communication with me from beginning to end of the repairs. The laptop repairs were completed earlier than the estimate and the work was well done. Knowing that I had to send the receipt to the insurance company for reimbursement, David provide both a paper and online receipt. I was very pleased with everything done by DML and we plan on bringing some more computers to DML to be repaired. Thanks!

Amazing! My email was hacked and all was in Chinese. I was afraid of a number of sad possibilities. The lady Dee walked me through the fix via phone and it was great. She was excellent. They also have a great deal on new hard drives. I am so impressed and grateful. Thank you!!!

I took my custom pc into DML Computer Repair because I was have troubles reaching the performance I should have been getting. They gave me a free diagnostic (which was very comprehensive) and consulted before doing anything to the computer. After discussing we agreed an upgrade was the way to go, so they completely revamped the entire PC. With turnaround, pricing, and results they are the way to go!
