Great overall experience at this location and I’ve been back a few times over the last few years to pick-up a few products here and there. It’s the only official Apple Store in the Colorado Springs area and the service is entirely dependent on who you end up working with. My most recent visit was to pick-up an iPad Pro 11” 5th Gen and they had the item in stock and was able to walk out with out same day with no issues, although there was a bit of a line and I did end up waiting about 15-20 mins for someone to assist me in my purchase since I walked in without an appointment.

Walking into a clean store with the most friendly staff made getting my wife’s iPhone present a breeze, I almost didn’t want to leave! I couldn’t wait to leave a 5 star service review for a particular Apple team member who went above and beyond, Aiesha! (Please forgive me if I misspelled your name!) Aiesha has an awesome energy that’s compliments the rest of the team at the Briargate Apple team, that left me feeling better than when I walked in! I grabbed the wrong phone case and when I realized it and came back she apologized but I told her there was absolutely no need! She installed the screen protector like a pro and gave the style to of phone case (which my wife tragically left up to me to decide) Next time I’m back, I’ll be asking for her by name! Thank you so much, Aiesha, you absolutely killed it, and my wife told me she the case you helped me choose was perfect!! Please let me know if I spelled your name wrong and I shall edit this review immediately :) Photo taken on my iPhone 15 Pro. Please consider for your next billboard. jk. 🎄 -Justin

I’ll be honest, after reading the reviews, I was apprehensive about taking my iPhone to have the screen replaced. I was pleasantly surprised by the prompt service. My advice is to schedule repair appointments as close to opening as possible, that way your device doesn’t sit in a queue all day. They open at 11, my appointment was for 11:45. I checked in about 10 minutes early and was told I’d be helped at my scheduled time. My initial tech was excellent and patient as I had forgotten my apple password, plus I had my very excited puppy that he distracted while I troubleshooted. I regret that I didn’t catch his name, maybe Travis? They said my repair would take about an hour and a half, so I killed time and returned, again, 10 minutes early. My device was ready and checkout was quick and easy. I’m very happy with the service I received and wanted to give a heads up to those reading google reviews—take them with a grain of salt.

Worst Apple Store experience I’ve ever had. First I came to the store to upgrade my old 12 to the 16 Pro 1TB. I told them I was doing a trade in and would use my Apple Card to pay for it. In preparation for the trade in, I started an iCloud backup and it went from one minute to 30 minutes. The Apple employee told me that unless I took it home I would have to wait. I informed them I was off for the day and had no issues waiting. He then evaluated my phone told me that it was in excellent condition and the max they could offer was $170. I didn’t care so I took it. He performed an evaluation of the iPhone performed a diagnosis of it and started taking off the screen protector and the lens protector. He then started the process for purchasing a new phone and a screen was presented with a credit check. I told him that I didn’t need a credit check as I wasn’t financing the phone and intended on using my Apple card to purchase it. He said it was required and I told him that I would not allow a credit check as it made no logical sense. He then blamed Verizon for requiring the credit check and stated it would not go through unless I performed a credit check. I told him that my wife worked for Verizon and that made no sense at all. He looked dumbfounded and said there was nothing he could do. I sat there a moment and decided I needed to speak with a manager (I believe his name was Dustin.) and explained that I would like to replacement screen protector since I wasn’t notified that a credit check was required, even if I was paying with my Apple Card. I explained in detail that I intentionally placed a freeze on my credit and running a credit check would most likely fail. I said he could try if he wanted too but it still didn’t make sense why I would need one. “Dustin” had the nerve to say that I needed to watch my tone. I took off my sunglasses and told him. “Maybe this will help. I’m not angry with you and not giving a “tone” I just find it ridiculous to require a credit check if I’m paying the full balance on my Apple Card to get the points.” Dustin then said, “Wait, you’re not financing?” in which I replied,” No! I’m fortunate to make a very comfortable living as a Technical Architect, that I can afford to pay in cash but wanted the cash back from my Apple Card. That is why I’m so confused!” The Apple guy that was trying to initially help had the gaul to say, “I guess I misinterpreted him.”. Dustin must be great for the employees as he took the Apple employees story and gave me the look that I was the one that must have made the mistake. @Apple you need to send someone down to coach and mentor, not only the employees but the management team, specifically Dustin. This is not the type of customer service that Apple was known for and built their brand on. This is brand damage at its finest. 🤦🏻♂️

I had an appointment with the Genius Bar at 11:30 to have the battery replaced on my Apple Watch. I checked in when arriving. I sat where I was directed to sit. After 45 min no one even acknowledged my presence. I started to leave but I stopped on the way out and complained to a nice girl in the sales area. She looked up my appointment and said it had been cancelled. So I guess someone in the Genius Bar decided to just cancel me. Anyway the nice girl got me taken care of. But they have a problem there. I’ve been an apple customer for 20 plus years. They have some bad apples in this store.
