The repair was completed quickly and very well done. The communication was great as well. A problem my son had been dealing with on his phone for months was resolved in a couple hours once we gave ubreakifix a call. This is the second time we have used them for a cell phone repair. They are an excellent service!

Called in to order my parts. I was told that my phone would be ready the next day, which I was expecting since it was a difficult repair. I called in the next day at noon to only be told it wouldn't be done until 3 days later. They did offer me a 5% discount for the inconvenience, I would have preferred accurate information and setting expectations accurately.

Terrible experience with uBreakiFix Castle Rock. I brought in my MacBook with a cracked screen Monday night. They said 2-3 hour fix. Tuesday afternoon I hadn’t heard anything so I called. They said the technician “broke the bezel” while fixing the screen but don’t worry, they ordered a new bezel and would fix it for free. Wednesday I had not heard anything so I called and they said the part had not come in. Thursday I hadn’t heard anything so I called and they said it would be ready in the afternoon. No outbound communication at all. I picked up my MacBook on Thursday evening and they gave me back a Frankenstein looking laptop with the Apple logo gone and mismatched top and bottom pieces with different shades of gray. All this for $380! I could have bought a new MacBook for $800. Never again.

These guys are great. Same day fix on a Google pixel 7 pro. The problem is, I live 30 miles away and I had to come to this one because a uBreakiFix that was 3 mi from my house refused to do it. The closer one said that I had to take it back to the store that repaired the glass originally. The one that did the original repair didn't have the glass in stock, so I took it all the way down to the Castle Rock store. Even though they didn't do the original repair they said no problem. Very happy with their work.
