I was having some problems with my HP7500 series printer, so bought an HP9026 printer to replace it. I had some questions about the new printer and went to Protech to see what I could learn. Gary, the owner, was courteous and displayed good knowledge, easily answering all my questions and giving what I considered sound advice. More importantly, he didn’t charge me for the time and probably spent more than ½ hour talking to me to make sure I understood my new printer. He suggested I bring my current printer in to let him look at it to see if it could be repaired. I did that and left it with him. A few hours later I got a call that my printer was up and running and was ready to pick up. My wife had not been able to print from her computer or phone, so we took her laptop with us when we went to pick up our printer. Gary spent a little less than an hour. He not only got both devices printing, but also performed a number of updates on her laptop that we were unaware of being needed (the were, in fact, required). By the time we left we saved more than $125 over a new printer and our devices were much improved. We were exceedingly happy with the experience and would not hesitate to return if the need arises. Gary and the Protech team have been so incredibly helpful and I highly recommend doing business here. First, Gary helped me diagnose a printer issue right over the phone and saved me from exorbitant labor dollars and/or buying a new printer. After speaking to Gary, I started asking about some of my "Smart Home" issues. We are 2nd owners of a Lennar build with the tech package, and with the transfer of ownership things never fully got to working to their full potential. I ended up purchasing a new 16 port switch and two access points and couldn't be happier. AJ crushed the installation, was wildly helpful in configuring and explaining everything to me, and left the tech cabinet looking like a masterpiece of cable tidiness. Really glad I came across ProTech!

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR DATA!!! Drove down there and all I saw was political propaganda so I left feeling disappointed that they only care about one group of people and they would not treat everyone fairly because of this. Even if I agree with them it should never be part of any business model. Ask them if they lowered their prices today

I took (a very old) computer I had totally messed up while trying to factory reset it to Gary. Not much could be done unfortunately. Gary sent me home with two computers for my kids because my ultimate goal was for them to have something of their own to use for homework. I was astonished by his kindness and generosity. It’s great to have a business like this in Castle Rock!

Excellent customer service from the very beginning! Gary is a wonderful business owner and really tries to be there for his customers in every possible way. I live a few hours away and needed a new fan on my laptop. Gary helped me figure out my options and gave me the space to decide what my best choice was. After searching locally and receiving very poor customer service from other laptop technicians, I knew it would be worth the drive to get my computer fixed here. Gary even ordered the part ahead of time, so that I could drive down and wait and get it fixed in one day rather than mail it or come in two separate trips. And he didn't ask for payment until after the repair was done. Gary even complimentary cleaned my laptop and updated it as part of the repair. He went above and beyond in every way. I highly recommend using ProTech for any of your computer and tech needs! Thank you Gary!
