Andres screwed us over with false information regarding a promotion and now we are paying full price for a phone that otherwise would’ve been nearly free. Management at this location and Apple support have been absolutely zero help and essentially stole a phone from us. Make sure your representative knows what they are talking about or just completely avoid this location because they will lie to your face.

Maybe appointment online they were right on time being able to help me. Very professional and polite. Unfortunately it was unable to be fixed at the moment so I did have to leave it to be repaired. They’re supposed to call me back tomorrow or the following day and let me know what that’s going to look like if there’s any cost associated with because the test that they ran, Plemon airy does not say whether it is a software issue, a hardware issue, hard drive or what the issue is. So hopefully that will all work out.

Just bought the iPhone 16 pro max, updated it and it got stuck on the welcome screen. T-Mobile and Apple support couldn’t help over the phone so I made an appointment I was told it had to be restored and for whatever reason my computer wouldn’t recognize the new phone. Cesar was so polite and patient as my phone was being restored, updated and I stayed to make sure everything transferred over right. His customer service was excellent and his attention to customer care is amazing. While I was waiting for my phone to do what it needed to do he assisted other customers but kept checking in with me I never had to check in with him once! As someone who works in customer service my experience here was so nice. Matt was also awesome he checked in with me a few times as well. Overall my experience was a 10/10!

I was out of the country for three weeks and my phone was damaged. I went straight to the Apple Store upon my return to Denver with a non working iPhone. Cody had me in a new phone for the 99$ within five minutes of my arrival. He was extremely helpful and nice. I’m very grateful for the service that was provided at this location. Thank you ! I was really impressed with the Speedy Customer service as they were very busy.
