We made an appointment for next day service and it was handled very quickly. We had a Samsung Galaxy phone with a broken power switch. The switch was repaired and tested while we waited. The cost was very negligible and well worth our time. Excellent value. It was critical to us because we were leaving the country in a couple of days and needed the phone.
