I couldn't comment on the level of expertise he has, you can go witness yourself if needed to repair your PC/ Laptop. He did a great job. Helped me to find a right screen for my laptop whose spares are not well available in the market. I am really glad I found him. Excellent Customer service. Just one call away during his work hours.

They really got me out of a bind. My work computer needed a replacement part asap. Other places were quoting me several weeks. I tried PC Express even though they’re appt only. He gave up his lunch hour to help me out and was able to replace the part within a half hour. So appreciated! I very much recommend.

Really great experience with them. I posted a question with a printer issue over the weekend. Received a call today to help out. Despite no longer handling this type of printer, received a diagnosis on the problem with advice on how to self-manage and what potential shops could support, if needed.
