Had a 3:20 appointment to get an iPhone battery replacement. Was told it would take til 5 (which seemed long for a battery). Came back that evening for pick up and was told they hadn’t got to it but could do it the next day in about 45 mins. Got a refund and will be taking my Apple products to the Apple Store. Two stars instead of one because Michael was nice.

Be very careful- Geek Squad saved my credit card info and put me on auto-renewal for a service plan. I had a charge for over $200 that I did not authorize and when I called to figure out what was going on, I was told that they save your CC info and renew automatically. I don't ever remember being told anything about this! Seems pretty shady not to authorize this type of purchase before charging someone's card.

Don't bother. Anything that they can fix, you can also fix with a quick Google search. Anything that you can't figure out on your own, they can't fix it either. I have had multiple bad experiences with the Geek Squad, never taking any computer to them again.

Very quick and helpful extracting critical data off a failed drive. The web and phone-based reservation system was down (seems to be a common problem) but the staff worked me in right away, gave lots of useful advice or replacement hardware. Very professional.

I can hardly even give two stars. After a month, I'm still waiting on my "brand new" computer to be repaired. I would have NEVER sent it off to the repair-place-in-the-sky had I known it would be this long. What a freaking hack service. It's been so long that they haven't even sent an email update and now when I go online it won't even recognize my service order number. They don't even have information when I call. I might not ever shop here again.
