Exceptional service and communication. Brought my 2017 MacBook Pro in for a diagnostic check. They assessed that the hard drive was on the way out and needed to be replaced. They advised that I replace the hard drive with a larger one. The work was performed and the data was all transferred over to the new drive. Very happy.

I have 38 years of experience with computers -- CPM, PC, Android, and 34 years straight with Macs -- and recently experienced an unrecoverable error when updating the operating system on my MacBook Pro. I tried everything in my "tool bag" including formatting and installing a new hard drive but I couldn't get it to boot. The technicians at Boulder Mac Repair worked their repair magic and got my laptop going again. The charge for the repair was $30 less than the initial estimate. I had a sudden loss of my iMac hard drive, the dreaded flashing question mark. I called Boulder Mac Repair and they said I could bring it right in for a look. At that visit it was obvious it needed a new hard drive. The staff and technician was very professional, helpful in explaining the process and explained the pricing very clearly. I was very impressed and within a few days, I had my iMac back with a new SSD drive restored from a Time Machine backup. I am grateful for this place and HIGHLY recommend them to any MAC owners who need their services. They know MAC like no one I have ever spoke to, even better than the Apple store. They are well trained, compassionate for the hassle of losing a hard drive and their work was top notch. I hope I don't need their services again but if I do, I will be there in a heartbeat!
