I seen their add on Facebook about fixing HDMI ports on PS5's on a Sunday after noon. I reached out to find out more details and they were very helpful in getting me all the information I needed very fast. I have been going to the phone plug for every repair for about a year now. Their staff is always professional and kind and the repairs are done flawlessly. The last repair I did was for a trade in phone where the Xfinity store was giving me a hard time. The staff at the phone plug went above and beyond to make sure that my phone was in good condition to trade in and addressed all concerns. Would definitely recommend for anyone in need of repairs!
