The associate upfront was very nice and tried to help with whatever I needed. I needed to replace my phone case through ZAGG insurance and for the iPhone 12 Pro Max they had very limited options(4 total cases). When I was ready to check out they told me they could not take Apple Pay due to high cases of fraud. Although I understand their new policy, they should post that out front or say something upfront. After the associate spoke to the manager they said they would take my Apple Pay if they could scan a copy of my ID. My purchase was $12. I could understand if my order was expensive but to ask to keep a copy of my ID over $12 is excessive. I offered to stand in front of their camera and let them see my ID and compare but the poor girl kept coming back and forth to relay information because the manager wouldn’t come out to address me directly. I finally just left but I would’ve appreciated if the information was told upfront and if the manager was more professional and spoken to me directly.

If you need an honest person to look at your device and tell you if it is worth saving, this is the place. My phone was cooked. They did a few things to troubleshoot but couldn't get it back. They didn't try to sell my on something that couldn't happen and didn't charge me for the initial consult. I would definitely go back there, if I had another problem, which hopefully, I won't. So all I can say is, if you're in need of help, this is the place to go.

Friendly, knowledgeable, & effi client. Great they are open on Saturday. Only took 2 hrs. This is the actual insurance carrier for T-Mobile accounts. It would have been less of a run around if the first contact associate at T-Mobile would have referred me to CPR instead of a non insurance retailer. 👍

Great location and excellent fast service. Replaced my battery and had my phone back in 2 hours. I saw a recommendation for them on Ubreakifix's website so I went and checked them out.. So thanks to the person who left that recommendation. My new go to shop for all my future cell phone issues.
