DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS LISTING. I dropped my laptop off on aug 26th to get a screen and hinge repair. I purchased a replacement screen and left it with the laptop. After serval attempts of attempting to get my laptop back, many unanswered texts and calls I finally picked my laptop up and my me screen was cracked and half the monitor didn't work. I was advised they were out of town and was unsure how it cracked but they stayed a new screen was ordered and it will be replaced. As of today my laptop is damaged I'm out of 270.00 and they are still invoicing me for 80.00. This was the most stressful situation and just to have to take my laptop somewheres else to be replaced and have to pay more money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. they work from home in a apt you aren't allowed access to, I feared i wouldn't get my device back and I got it back DAMAGED after having it for almost a month and it by doesn't appear they'll follow through with replacing my screen. Horrible horrible horrible. They advised the crack was small it goes from one side of the screen to another. "Hey so I want to let you know we replaced the screen when I first contacted you and then my business partner and I were out of town for a few days until recently. The new screen has unfortunately also got a small crack in it which didn't occur while it was with me but none the less, I already ordered a replacement and you wont be charged for this one of course, but since I know you need the laptop back I can confidently say that I have taped the crack over and it is safe to use until the new screen comes in during the next few days. Does that work for you? That way you can still come pick it up and use it, and when the new screen is in you can come in with it and I'll replace it for you right there so you don't have to leave it here."

I took my laptop to get a fan replaced, and the owner, Josh, let one of his employees work on it. The person broke my laptop, and now the owner will not return my calls or text. Awful follow-up and service. Do not recommend. Upset customer Justin.

THIS IS A SCAM BUSINESS. My child's laptop was stolen by this at home business, run by Joshua Commes. Joshua himself took the laptop from me, as well as a replacement screen he had me purchase, on the evening of Wednesday, July 17th, 2024. We met at the apartment complex listed for his business, and he said that he would have the repair completed within 2 hours. Since then, it's been 3 weeks and I've been unable to get Joshua to return any of my voicemails requesting information or return of the laptop. I have contacted the police, but meanwhile want other people to be aware of this shady business scam. Update October 14, 2024 - A person claiming to be Joshua's spouse contacted me by text on August 12th, 2024, explaining that Joshua was in ICU with "COPD and asthma". I have not heard from them since, and have never received my laptop or the replacement screen. Update December 2, 2024 - still no contact from these people who stole our family laptop. I'm surprised they're still listed as a business on Google?

I called to ask if this company could help me fix a hardware issue. On the phone, the guy was polite and seemed eager to help and requested photos of the damaged part. I sent the photos and got a response that they would be willing to help and even might have the needed part in stock. Three days later, after still hearing no updates, I reached out again and my number has been blocked with no explanation. Very unprofessional.

I don’t mean to exaggerate, but I personally feel like this. Human being has pulled me back from the depths of depression because my devices were taken over completely. My money was drained. I had nowhere to turn. Apple was no help. Verizon was no help. I accidentally messaged him and found him by accident but I’ll tell you what if you need somebody that truly cares about your situation more than his own and truly wants to help you at all costs. This is your guy he is the opposite of greed. I personally call him the messiah. (Kinda got that godly look) the point is is he’s not going to be the person you ever have to worry about stabbing you in the back with your personal information. He’s not the type of person that you really think twice about once you get to know them and when I say these things, I really mean them. I had no control over my devices and I had a friend pass away from murder last week, and I couldn’t even contact the family or arrange the funeral. I couldn’t even send money. He’s on a different level because within 24 hours I have full access and control of my devices and evidence of who did it, and what happened. There’s really no amount of money in the world that equates to a situation that magnitude and most people would take it advantage of you…. Not this company. Truly one of the best companies I’ve had a opportunity to work with and I will be telling people for years to come. This is not a discredit the other employees at all. They are also included. They are all amazing people. If you don’t believe me or are the least bit hesitant as you should be just know if you want a referral directly from me just ask them! I go by DJ I will prove with photo evidence if you feel the need to have this proven and how important it is that you understand your security with this company.
