Hi my phones insurance sent me here to get my iPhone 13 Pro Max I have a cracked screen on the top left. The screen is also partially black. I came in got helped right away and was told to come back in thirty minutes. Ismael helped me out he was very quick and efficient. Absolutely horrible. Dropped my phone off for screen replacement and 7 hours later my phone was screwed. They said the had to factory reset so I lost a lot. Install a new operating system didn't work. So had to buy a new phone for $1300. Totally screwed!

Fast and efficient place. Ismael was very attentive to our problem and provided all the information we needed. He made sure my girlfriend had her iPhone screen replaced and the turn around time was quick. They also repair other devices. Definitely recommend!

I called ahead to schedule an in-person phone screen repair. When I arrived, I was told they didn't have the part, so we scheduled an at-home repair instead a week later. The technician arrived 2.5 hours late. They then told me they accidentally brought the wrong part and could not fix my phone that day. We had to reschedule another week later. They once again arrived 2.5 hours late and ONCE AGAIN did not have the right part for the repair. I called Asurion customer service and was hung up on after 30 minutes of being on hold. They didn't call me back despite saying they would if we were disconnected. I called back a second time and was once again hung up on after being on hold for 20 minutes. I scheduled a fourth and final in-person visit at the store and waited another 2.75 hours for the repair. I was told this was a 30-minute job but waited well over 9 hours in total. This was a horrible, horrible experience, and nothing was done to make up for my frustration and lost time.

For a screen repair, I was quoted 4 - 4 1/2 hours. I ended up coming back about 6 1/2 to 7 hours later to pick up my phone only to find out they had not even touched it yet. I drove about 45 minutes twice today, and even though I left them a contact number, no one thought to contact me and tell me that the phone had not even been worked on today. They completely wasted 3 hours of my time instead of taking 20 seconds to inform me of this. I will definitely be going elsewhere to finally get my screen fixed. I understand you were busy, but you are running a business, and you're not providing the service that you promised. Communication is essential, and that was beyond disrespectful. My advice is to go elsewhere.
