Awesome place to get your gaming PC or what ever PC you need worked on. Had my son’s gaming PC looked at and fixed 30minutes before closing. Service was great really recommend. Thanks guys🎮💻👾

Do not use this business if you’re under privileged! I’m a mental health patient with service animal and am experiencing homelessness. My laptop that has been with me for two year broke down and I took it to them. Initially, I was given a quote of $90 to have it checked out that the assessment would take an hour and that if it was simple, it would be four hours. This business closes at 5 PM. I had to wait till 445 to call him just before they were closing for them to tell me that they couldn’t get to it that the guy was on lunch, but he was coming in on a Saturday and he would call me. Saturday I called and he told me that they were not able to boot my computer up with the existing hard drive and so they replaced it with a hard drive that came in that day, which is why they didn’t call me the day before and that one didn’t boot up either but they would know for sure by Monday, thereby extending the endeavor for four days . During this time, no one ever called me but once I have the phone logs to prove it, I had to continually call to check up on the only thing of value I have left The thing with this laptop, it’s special to me because it’s my gaming laptop and it’s how i stayed out of trouble. I explained this to the manager who took my laptop he assured me that I shouldn’t be worried and sorry for the runaround but They would get down to the bottom of it on Monday. Monday came and went I had to call at the end of the day for them to tell me that they were never able to start my laptop and that it was probably something wrong with the motherboard and that was gonna cost over $300 and it wasn’t worth it, but they had other laptops that were cheaper there.,immediately after that my blizzard account was hacked then my Netflix account password was changed then my steam account password was accessed then my email accounts were accessed if I wouldn’t have this iPhone 14 Pro, I wouldn’t be getting the authentication and two-step notifications and I wouldn’t have known anything! I’ve been gaming with my laptop broken? and my online friends were texting me in Discord that they see my characters online? How Do you have access to my blizzard account emails? They Tried to take advantage of someone they thought doesn’t have any back up or that nobody cares about them because I shared with them that I’m a mental health patient and that I’m homeless! That that is cowardice Is what I wish to put out there! with all your business owners complaining about people taking advantage of you. You’re never shy to make a quick buck on those that have less. Also be advised when I told the manager about the blizzard Authenticator on my iPhone 14 Pro he said I couldn’t come to pick up my “ inoperable “ laptop without Whittier PD . Wonder if they thought because I was homeless it was stolen or maybe I was a dope fiend and have a warrant or something that they had the time and liberty to sell accounts.🖖🇺🇸

Took my laptop in for a repair on the charging port. They were able to do the repair and had it back to me within the same day. They definitely took care of me. Excellent customer service! Definitely recommend them for your laptop repairs.

I wish I can give more stars but the fact that I had to go back again after picking up my laptop from being "fixed". The picture of my laptop after they supposedly fixed the screen. Not only that but customer service needs to improve they done greet you until they get up from their chairs and they give no explanation what's the issue with your items u Tim you ask them. If you don't ask they will not tell you. Definitely not going back with my items sorry.

The 1st experience waited for a call back that didn't come. The 2nd i did get my phone fixed in a timely manor, same day, everything went well. The 3rd visit they messed up. They broke my son's volume button, after repairing the screen on his phone, told me the part would be there in a week, one and a half still waiting, my son's phone would not work a few days after they repaired it, even though function is under 30 day warranty, they say it's not their fault. My son had to buy a new phone. I Do Not Recommend this place. Taking a chance i don't want to take again. Cost is way too much in the end.
