Esteban, the Store Manager, was extremely helpful. He was able to process my long, unorganized list of items, while explaining to me sizes, prices, and what would be most efficient for what I need. He was able to not only handle my timely request but also, the other two employees were greeting and assisting other clients, getting them in and out of the door. This was my second time using this Staples for a last minute task and once again, I was thoroughly impressed with how the Staples employees assisted me and comforted me, through technology assistance. I'm so grateful and I would highly recommend working with and getting help from Esteban.

Worst amazon/STAPLES return experience. I stood in line for 5+ minutes while the copy center employee that ALSO handles the Amazon return line ignored me and continued talking for 5+ minutes with a customer about her home remodel. I looked over several times and they continued to talk about tiles, cement etc....I walked over to the front desk and asked who should be helping me and they pointed to the same employee that was STILL talking. I told them I have been waiting to be helped but as they can see there's a deep conversation happening which clearly is more important than assisting a customer. The young lady said I'm so sorry I will help you. She came and processed my returns. I turned to leave AND they were still talking!! So darn rude.

I had to do an Amazon return after work. I had this super rude older white dude who called himself assisting me. They all took forever to acknowledge me. When this man finally approached me. He was rude as all heck. I was the only black customer at the counter. He had a very unpleasant disposition. I had my return box next to me. He had the audacity to tell me that he was not throwing my box away. I told him I wasn't asking you to! I had planned on keeping my box to use at home. He was so anxious to act superior to me. Without even knowing my next step. He came across as very racist. It wasn't my imagination. I like to pick and choose my battles. He ought to be glad I was in a good mood.π€¨ππΎππΎππΎ

I came in two days before Christmas with a custom poster request (12x12 cardstock) not available online. Not only were they able to fulfill it same day, she printed and laminated it for me faster than my coffee order at Peet's earlier this morning. An absolute lifesaver, thank you!

The store was really clean. But it felt like the store it was almost empty. In the past, you usually have a lot of products to choose from. And now itβs just a few, and it felt like you guys wereunderstaffed?
